How do I troubleshoot Azure Sign-in Failures – Microsoft Q&A

Since this morning i get this error :”sign-in failed” when i try log in to azure portal RRS feed · Archived Forums 81-100.

My on premise A/D server event log shows a high number of Kervberos logons from the MSOL_xxxxx account as shown below. When I look at the Azure Sign-in Failures, I am seeing an increased number of failures especially during off hours from locations around the world. If I look at the details, it shows the error 50053 account is locked you’ve tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect ID. The error appears as if all users are trying to log in, yet I am not getting any calls from them about locked id

How do I determine what is causing this activity and should there be a concern?
